The answer
You can describe achievements without numbers by naming what you delivered, what problem it solved, or what changed. Do not invent a percentage because feedback asks for impact. Specific scope and an observable outcome can make a contribution understandable. Keep evidence for any number you include, and remove a metric if its meaning or source cannot be explained.
