The interview process goes for one month long, I was applied for Software developer role,
1) Round 1 : Its an filtering round so over 400+ appeared for this round ,
– This round consits of 20 MCQ’s and 3 programming questions .
– 20 MCQ question for 30 mins which includes aptitude, grammar, SQL , Git and JS .
– 3 programming questions are very easy and 2 from leetcode, questions are related to Array , set and hash map.
2) Round 2 : only 50 got selected from round 1, where each will be assigned to do an assessment related to web development.
– The assessment is very simple like we need to create an login and signup page after login we need an profile page to get landed , but the twist is frontend should be in html, css-(bootstrap specifically),js without any framework and need to use Ajax while backend should be in php and user login details should be stored in SQL and register details should be stored in mongodb and need to use redis cache for CDN and store login info in redis.
3) Round 3 : technical interview, only 12 got selected and questions asked where only from your Resume ,
Questions asked for me :
– SQL vs nosql
– difference between SSR , CSR

– Graphql vs restapi
– SEO in next js
– projects in resume
4) Round 4 : technical interview 2 , all 12 will undergo this round too
The interviewer will ask to open the code for the login page we created during 2 round and will be reviewing from line one to end from <HTML> tag to complete backend, we need to know each and very word we had typed in the code, questions will be only from the project we had done on the round 2
Unfortunately I got rejected from round 4 , I still wonder why am I not selected because I know I had done everything perfect and fine , answers all the questions they had asked but still got rejected but ok gained some experience and used php for first time..
After round 4 , round 5 is general HR , just for formality not much.
